following is a summary statement of the U.S. Foreign Policy of Lyndon
LaRouche, one of the currently leading candidates for the 2004 U.S.
Presidential nomination by that nation's Democratic Party. Although this
statement will be widely circulated inside the U.S.A., it is intended to
serve as a compact summary, as suited for translations, which might be
desired as information by governments and citizens of other parts of the
world at this time. Being invited to the WPF "Dialogue of
Civilizations", which took place on September the 3-6, Mr. LaRouche was
unable to come, but expressed his concern about the world situation in the
